Facility shall maintain records verifying that the compost pile is turned a minimum of 5 times during the 15 day <br /> pathogen reduction period <br /> B. Ensure temperature control log indicates the dates on which the compost pile was turned to verify a minimum <br /> of 5 turnings during the 15 day pathogen reduction period. <br /> InspeNMI „ ` .. �.�,.;I, �,,..• <br /> Notes: <br /> 1.)According to facility, no compost has been removed since previous inspection. There is approximately 400 cubic <br /> yards of finished compost onsite. <br /> 2.)Temperatures were taken from 4 different sections of the compost pile.The temperatures for the 4 sections were 100, <br /> 114, 98, and 90 degrees Fahrenheit. <br /> 3.)Temperatures of compost were taken at posts 18, 15, 12, 9, 6, and 3. The respective temperatures were 111, 128, <br /> 130, 126, 119, and 108 degrees Fahrenheit. <br /> 4.)
