<br /> Routine quarterly inspection done on this date and the following was noted:
<br /> Previous area of concern has been corrected.
<br /> No Violations or Areas of concern.
<br /> Notes:
<br /> 1.)No flies were observed onsite.
<br /> 2.) Facility restarted composting on November 9, 2015. Temperature log provided shows that compost has not reached
<br /> 122 degrees Fahrenheit.
<br /> 3.)Temperatures of compost were taken at posts 27, 24, 21, and 18. The respective temperatures were 84, 104, 88,
<br /> and 78.
<br /> 4.) Facility provided a temperature log which indicates that finished compost temperatures are not exceeding dangerous
<br /> fire levels.
<br /> 5.)According to facility, no compost has been removed since the previous inspection. There is approximately 300 cubic
<br /> yards of finished compost onsite.
<br /> 6.)Temperatures were taken from 3 different sections of the compost pile. The temperature for all 3 sections was 60
<br /> degrees Fahrenheit.
<br /> 7.) Facility provided a metal analysis report and a pathogen analysis report on December 28, 2015. The reports show
<br /> that this facility is in compliance with Article 7 sections 17868.2 and 17868.3(test results).
