On today's inspection this facility did not have active compost in the compost-o-matic bunker(see photo 16139). <br /> 2.) A heavy Fly population presence was observed during the inspection. The operator Karl Jensen informed me the fly <br /> population increases during September because of the nearby Tomato fields being picked. <br /> 3.) Implement Vector control to reduce the Fly Population at this facility. <br /> 4.) Inspection of temperature records for finished compost show pile temperatures not exceeding 121 degrees Farenheit <br /> since June 29, 2014. <br />
