The previous <br /> record provided showing, metal concentrations, fecal coliform and Salmonella sp. densities were in compliance <br /> with threshold values for compost produced was in September 2, 2011. <br /> -submit records prior to March 1, 2014 showing compost produced does not exceed maximum metal <br /> concentrations and maximum acceptable pathogen concentrations for fecal coliform and Salmonella sp. bacteria. <br /> The records must be from a laboratory certified by the California Department of Health Services, pursuant to the <br /> Health and Safety Code. <br /> inspection Report Ccti►nments=,';, ', .:, . �I� • `". ' ;:. . <br /> A Routine inspection conducted on this date and the following was noted: <br /> Notes: <br /> 1.)This facility restarted the compost operation on November 20, 2013. Temperatures were taken from post 27 to post <br /> 19. No active compost was passed post 19. The temperatures taken in degrees Fahrenheit are 84, 74, 126, 118 for <br /> posts 27, 24, 21, 19. <br /> 2.) Photos taken show the dump-out(15276)where the finished compost will be placed. This facility intends on removing <br /> the finished compost with a loader. <br /> 3.) Onsite there was roughly 10 yards left over from the previous finished compost noted on the september 23, 13 report. <br />
