<br /> THE ABOVE FACILITY WAS INSPECTED FOR COMPLIANCE WITH APPLICABLE SECTIONS OF THE DIVISION 30 OF THE PUBLIC RESOURCES CODE(PRC)AND TITLE 14 AND TITLE 27 CALIFORNIA CODE OF REGULATIONS(CCR)

<br /> A Routine inspection conducted on this date and the following was noted:
<br /> No Violations or Areas of Concerns Noted.
<br /> Notes:
<br /> 1.)A Temperature Log dating February 25, 2013 to May 31, 2013 was given to me by the facility. This facility in not
<br /> actively composting because the compost-o-matic is in disrepair due to a fire on May 26, 2013. The operator Karl
<br /> Jensen estimates the repair work to be completed within two months.
<br /> 2.) This facility informed the EHD that all material in the Compost-o-matic bunker will be used as feedstock when the
<br /> compost operation re-starts.
<br /> 3.)Temperatures of compost were taken at posts 27, 24, 21, 18, 15, 12, 9, 6, and 3. The respective
<br /> temperatures were 88, 90, 104, 108, 108, 102, 100, 104 and 100 in degrees Fahrenheit.
