Five temperature measurements taken of the noted green material <br /> are as follows 149, 159, 161, 169, and 165 all in degrees Fahrenheit. <br /> -Personnel assigned to the operation or facility shall be adequately trained in subjects pertinent to site solid <br /> waste operations and maintenance, use of mechanized equipment, and environmental controls. <br /> -Complete and submit a plan for review to this department describing control methods to keep and maintain <br /> temperatures of all organic piles onsite below dangerous fire levels. The plan should detail the methods and the <br /> equipment for monitoring organic piles, actions taken to prevent organic piles from reaching dangerous fire <br /> levels, personnel assigned in implementing the plan and a description of an Emergency Action Plan in the case <br /> organic piles catch on fire. <br /> -Submit the plan to this department 60 days from reciept of this inspection report. <br /> Inspection Report'Comments: <br /> Routine inspection conducted on this date and the following was noted: <br /> 1.) Records were inspected for tonnage counts. Tonnage is kept less than 15 tons per day in compliance with EA <br /> notification requirements. <br /> 2.) Onsite the facility had about 20 cubic yards or roughly 5.4 tons of broken sheetrock. <br /> 3.) A log book showing temperatures of green material is being kept and maintained onsite. The log book clearly shows <br /> the dates temperatures were taken and if piles were turned over to deter dangerous fire levels. <br />
