The first pile was recorded at 139 degrees Fahrenheit and the <br /> second pile was recorded at 159 degrees Fahrenheit. <br /> - Personnel assigned to the operation or facility shall be adequately trained in subjects pertinent to site solid <br /> waste operations and <br /> maintenance, use of mechanized equipment, and environmental controls. <br /> - Increase trainning in environmental control methods for maintaining green material onsite under 122 degrees <br /> Fahrenheit or maintaining below dangerous fire levels. <br /> - Begin keeping a record of temperatures taken of green material onsite plus a record of control methods <br /> implemented for green materials to maintain below dangerous fire levels. <br /> Inspection,Report Comments: <br /> Routine inspection conducted on this date and the following was noted: <br /> 1.)Records were inspected for tonnage counts. Tonnage is kept less than 15 tons per day in compliance with EA <br /> notification requirements. <br /> 2.) Onsite the facility had about 130 cubic yards or roughly 35.1 tons of broken sheetrock <br />
