Records show that total tons counts were <br /> 15.21, 30.17 and 34.2 as indicated on 9/26/06, 9/28/06 and 9/29/06. <br /> a. Tonnage count must not exceed 15 tons/day to comply with the EA Notification requirements. <br /> b. Operator shall determine the weight of all material received at the facility and shall maintain <br /> records of the weight of material. <br /> Note: <br /> A.
