By Bali 1
ORGANICS
NOV 1 s 2004
No.Ve " r 16, 2004
f ,
Robert McClellon
Enviromental Health Department
304 East Weber Ave.
Third Floor
Stockton CA 95202-2708
RE: Site inspection Letter November 4, 2004
Dear Mr.McClellon
Thank you for the letter following your site inspection of November 4,2004.
I would like to confirm that we are not operating an outside grinding operation at this site.Any over sized material that is
produced from our screening operation is removed to a permitted g site in Stanislaus County. We are reviewing the
opportunity of having a permitted portable grinding operation come in from time to time for clean up purposes, but that has
not happened to date.
As to the Sheet rock collections,I have attached the completed Enforcement Agency Notification form. As you can see the
tonnage is minimal, and I feel that we have a good market for the material. Please let me know what the next step will be in
this process.
The issue of the concrete will be taken care of as soon as the weather permits.
Thank you for your support and understanding and we look forward to your follow up visit in December.
Sincerely,
Loren Jessop
