<br /> Quarterly Routine Inspection conducted this date and the following was noted:
<br /> No Violations or Areas of Concerns.
<br /> Notes:
<br /> 1.) Records were inspected for tonnage counts. Tonnage is kept less than 15 tons per day in compliance with EA
<br /> notification requirements.
<br /> 2.)Onsite per facility staff there is about 9 Tons of Sheet rock. Piles are located at the south end next
<br /> to a ditch (8 tons)and the north end (1 tons)on a concrete pad.
<br /> 3.) Recent weather events prohibits access to the sheet rock stored at the south end.
<br /> 4.) Records of temperatures taken of the organic material onsite were reviewed. Temperatures did not exceed
<br /> dangerous fire levels.
<br /> 4.)A minimal amount of Bark Humus was onsite so no temperatures were taken.
