Complaint re -inspection <br />Green Earth Recovery <br />November 10, 2016 <br />Notes: <br />• Measurements were taken of all piles of material on site. Facility has approximately 12694 cubic <br />yards of material on site. Reduce amount of material to 12500 or less. <br />• Material removed from the property that will be land applied must meet all requirements of Title <br />14 CCR Section 17852(a)(24.5)(A). <br />• Facility plans to obtain a full solid waste facility permit in order to store more than 12500 cubic <br />yards of material on site. Facility must notify EBD 180 days prior to making any <br />• Submit an Odor Impact Management Plan to EHD. <br />• Submit an Operation Plan to EBD. <br />• All treated waste must be removed from the piles and placed in a container for removal. <br />• Facility must make application to EHD 180 days prior to expanding its operation. <br />
