On April 10 we were noticed that the <br />owner sold the property. The company who bought the property submitted a site approval and it superseded our site <br />approval per Moe and Alisa. So of course with no site approval the County (Juantia) wont let me apply for a business <br />license due to the sale of the property. Not to mention the owner of Holly Commerce, Steve Cortese has tied my hands <br />completely. He took away access to water which puts our type of business in a dangerous situation.
