You would also have to pay for <br />a new permit for that address through us. <br />Basically everything you did for the current site, you would have to do for the new one. <br />Regarding the application for a full permit, Below is a link to a permit application package for a landfill that I found <br />online. Note that this contains a lot of information because it is a landfill, but it will give you an idea of how much <br />information is required. The requirements for landfills are slightly different, but I want you to get an idea of how <br />extensive the application package is.
