The Site Operating Plan (SOP) contains information about how YA YO Enterprise Inc. will conduct <br />operations at the facility, but is not intended to be a comprehensive operating manual. The SOP <br />represents the general instruction for facility management and personnel to operate the facility in <br />a manner consistent with the approved design to protect human health and the environment and <br />prevent nuisances. <br />SW Compost Site <br />Table 1 summarizes personnel types and descriptions. <br />Table 1.
