n <br />Material Stockpiling <br />E <br />All material will be stored in such a manner that it does not constitute a fire, safety, or health <br />hazard. Stockpiling will be contained within the ponds 1, 2,3 & 4. Piles will remain within 150ft in <br />length, under 20 ft. in height and 100 ft. in width. <br />Approved Container <br />One 40 -yard container will be kept onsite for less than 1 % incidentals. <br />Recordkeeping and Reporting Requirements <br />A copy of the permit, the approved application, and any other required plan or other related <br />documents will be maintained at the Tracy facility. These plans and documents are part of the <br />facility operating record. The operating record will be maintained in an organized format which <br />will allow information to be easily located and retrieved. All information contained within the <br />operating record and the different required plans will be retained during the active life of the facility <br />until after certification of closure. <br />The following records will be kept, maintained and filed as part of the facility operating record. <br />Log books and schedules may be used. <br />• Incoming Material <br />• Outgoing processed commodities <br />• Safety meetings <br />• Insurance coverages <br />• Temperature log <br />• Fire Prevention Plan <br />• Fire Protection Plan <br />• Documentation of Compliance with Approved Odor Management Plan <br />
