There appears to be no load checking for that area. <br /> -Provide appropriate load checking. <br /> - Remove waste that does not belong in the pile. <br /> X 17408.6- Maintenance Program <br /> Comments: There are several areas of damaged floor throughout the facility, including the tipping floor, ponding <br /> in the green waste area. <br /> - Repair all damaged floor. <br /> -According to operator,the estimate had been obtained to repar the tipping floor. Other areas will be repaired <br /> as funding is available. <br /> Inspection Report Comments: <br /> Note: <br /> 1. According to the operator, all truck drivers are to visually inspect the waste for universal and hazardous waste after <br /> they unload it. <br /> 2. During the inspection, as a result of visual load check by the truck driver,the loader operator, in cooperation with a <br /> truck driver, removed 5 pieces of universal waste, including microwave, monitor and computer from one truck load of <br /> waste. <br />
