The dust control system was not on. <br /> 1. Deploy dust control system as needed. <br /> 2. Designate a person to be responsible for deploying the dust control system. <br /> X 17408.6-Maintenance Program <br /> Comments: There were a few pot holes in the tipping floor of the transfer station. <br /> 1. According to the operator,the work on repair the tipping floor will begin in mid August. <br /> 2. Repair and maintain the tipping floor. <br /> Inspection Report Comments: <br /> 1. The operator is to provide EHD procedure for treated wood waste. <br /> 2. Due to light brown apple moths, all green waste will be shipped to Modesto Compost. <br /> 3. There were low spots and pot holes throughout the parking lots and the bin washing area. According to the operator, <br /> it is a major expense; those pot holes and low spot in the parking lots and bin washing will be repaired as asphalt is <br /> available. <br /> 4. The equipment inside the MRF is working intermittently, according to the operator. The repair is on the way. <br />
