3.0 OPERATIONS PLAN <br /> 3.1 OPERATIONS <br /> 3.1.1 SUPERVISION AND PERSONNEL <br /> The operator maintains adequate numbers of qualified personnel to <br /> ensure the proper operation of the station. Personnel are cross-trained <br /> to provide coverage in the event that an employee is unavailable for <br /> work.
