The log records the date, time and a detailed explanation of the <br />incident. The log book is kept in the administration building and is <br />made available to the LEA upon request. <br />3.4.3 PUBLIC COMPLAINTS <br />The operator maintains a record of any written public complaints <br />including the nature of the complaint; the date of the complaint; name, <br />address, telephone number of the person(s) making the complaint, and <br />any action(s) taken in response. <br />3.4.4 OPERATOR NOTIFICATION <br />The operator maintains a copy of the written notification to the LEA of <br />the names, address and telephone number of the operator or other <br />person(s) responsible for the operations. <br />3.4.5 EMPLOYEE TRAINING RECORDS <br />Employee training generally consist of on-the-job training under the <br />supervision of someone experienced in the various aspects of the skills <br />being taught. Potential hazards and safety procedures are stressed. <br />Currently there are regularly scheduled safety meetings and meetings <br />for updates and procedural clarifications, as needed. <br />All employees receive training in recognizing and responding to <br />hazardous waste spills and disposal. Two employees have Gernpleted <br />Regulations (40 CPR), 4910.1 Trained support staff, including 40hr <br />hazwoper and DOT training, are available when needed. In addition to <br />the above training, all employees attend monthly safety meetings. <br />3.4.6 INSPECTION OF RECORDS <br />All records are maintained at the GNANSMRF CVWS administration <br />main office and are available for inspection by the LEA and duly <br />Central Valley Waste Services MRF -M; 3-21 <br />Transfer -Processing Report <br />Section 3 - 3E1-51134 /24/17 <br />
