T44c-In addition GVVVSMRF CVWS does not currently <br />accept Treated Wood Waste directly from the public but does manage it as a <br />result of loadcheck activities onsite which are subject to the alternative <br />management standards issued by the DTSC. The GVVVSMRF CVWS <br />facility also serves as the location for Temporary Household Hazardous <br />Waste collection events under the auspices of the San Joaquin County Public <br />Works Department Solid Waste Division. <br />4.1.8 CENTRAL VALLEY REGIONAL WATER QUALITY CONTROL BOARD <br />The GVWSMRF CVWS is covered under the SWRCB's general <br />stormwater permit for industrial activities as administered by the Central <br />Valley Regional Water Quality Control Board./ NtR� F! C V S <br />manages stormwater through implementation of a site-specific SWPPP which <br />is available upon request. <br />4.1.9 OTHER REGULATORY AGENCY REQUIREMENTS <br />Countywide Integrated Waste Management Plan (CIWMP)/Non-Disposal <br />Facility Element (NDFE) <br />The California Integrated Waste Management Act of 1989 (Public Resources <br />Code Section 40000, seq.) required cities and counties to prepare a plan for <br />their solid waste system known as a CIWMP. The County of San Joaquin <br />has completed their CIWMP and NDFE.
