This unit shall not be operated for more than 6.2 hours per day, or fuel combusted by this engine shall not exceed <br />201 gallons per day. <br />2. NOx emissions from new units shall not exceed 100 pounds per day for each project as defined in Section 3.11 of <br />Rule 2280. <br />3. VOC emissions from new units shall not exceed 100 pounds per day for each project as defined in Section 3.11 of <br />Rule 2280. <br />4. In each participating district as defined in Rule 2280, Section 3.9, this unit shall not operate more than 1,230 hours <br />per year. Alternately, annual fuel consumption shall not exceed 40,200 gallons per year. <br />5. The actual emissions from this unit, as verified by the record keeping requirements of District Rule 2280, shall not <br />exceed 10 tons per year of any affected pollutant when operated in any Participating District. <br />6. The engine shall be operated with the timing retarded four degrees from the manufacturer's standard recommended <br />timing. <br />7. The sulfur content of the diesel fuel used shall not exceed 0.05% by weight. <br />8. Daily records of location and date of operation and the type and quantity of fuels consumed shall be maintained by <br />the operator/owner. Daily hours of operation in conjunction with hourly HP or Btu rating may be maintained in lieu <br />of fuel records. <br />9. All records specified in the record keeping requirements of District Rule 2280 shall be submitted to the District <br />within 30 days after the end of each calendar quarter. <br />CONDITIONS CONTINUE ON NEXT PAGE <br />This Registration remains valid through the Registration expiration date listed above, subject to payment of the annual registration fees and compliance <br />,$with the registration conditions and ail applicable local, state, and federal reguiations. This Registration is valid only within the San Joaquin Valley Unified <br />r Pollution Control District and the Participating Districts as defined in District Rule 2280, and becomes void upon transfer of ownership of the equipment. <br />n modification of the equipment or operation will require a new Registration. <br />David L.
