1. The an Joaquin County Public Health Services <br /> Environmental Health Division, through this permit, <br /> may prohibit, or condition the handling or disposal <br /> of solid waste to protect the public health and <br /> safety, protect, rehabilitate, or enhance the <br /> environment, or to mitigate adverse environmental <br /> impacts. <br /> 2. Any change that would cause the design or operation <br /> of the facility not to conform to the conditions of <br /> this permit may be considered a significant change <br /> and require a permit revision. <br /> 3. The facility has a permitted capacity of 512 tons <br /> and shall not receive more than <br /> this amount without first obtaining a new permit. <br /> 4. A change in the operator would require a new permit. <br /> Provisions <br /> 1. This permit is subject to review by the Local <br /> Enforcement Agency, and may be modified, suspended, <br /> or revoked, for sufficient cause after a hearing. <br /> 2. Safety equipment shall be provided for all employees <br /> operating equipment at this facility including but <br /> not limited to the following: <br /> a. Respirator' s <br /> b. Safety shoes or boots <br /> C. Gloves <br /> d. Ear protection <br /> e. Goggles or mask <br /> Self—Manitoring Rrggram <br /> The following items shall be monitored by the operator of this <br /> facility or his agent. Records, including but not limited to <br /> the following items, shall be kept and made available to the <br /> LEA at intervals specified. <br /> 1. Quantities and types of waste received shall be <br /> reported to the LEA on a semi—annual basis. <br /> 2. Quantities and types of goods recycled and/or <br /> salvaged shall be reported to the LEA on a semi- <br /> -annual basis. <br /> 3. log of special occurrences, i. e. , fires, <br /> explosions, accidents, hazardous wastes, etc. , shall <br />
