Weber Ave . , Stockton has been <br /> reviewed by the Department of Environmental Health Service._ (LEA) <br /> in accordance with the California Code of Regulation_: , Title 1.4 , <br /> Chapter 5 , Article 3 , Section 13213 . <br /> The Department has reviewed and evaluated the following <br /> documents : <br /> 1 . Report of Station Information dated March 10, 1988 , <br /> 2 . Solid waste facilities permit 39-AA-018 slated April 26 , <br /> 1978 . <br /> 3 . Land use permit No . 9761 issued on December 20 , 1961 by the <br /> City of Stockton Planning Division . <br /> Upon review of the above documents and an on-;site inspection of <br /> the facility on May 10 , 1989 ; it is the determination of the LEA <br /> that there is no significant change in the current design and <br /> operation of the solid waste facility. <br /> It is further determined that there are noir-signif i nant <br /> of the existing permit wench will require a -Permit. modification . <br /> A CEOA review will nGt be required since mese non-significant <br /> changes will only clarify the terms and condition: of the permit. . <br /> The LEA recommends that these minor changes listed below be <br /> incorporated into the new modified permit: <br /> 1 . Hours of Operation: <br /> Monday - Friday 7 : 30 A. M. - 5 : 00 P. M . <br /> Saturdays 8 : 00 A. M. - Noon <br /> (Hours of operation was not listed on previous permit . ) <br /> A Division of San Joaquin County Health Care Services 0 <br />
