AD
CITY OF STOCKTON Ta
CITY HALL
STOCKTON, CA 95202
(209) 944-8266 FEB 23 i9i8
COMMUNITYDEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT
February 22, 1978 SAN JOAQUIN LOCAL
HEALTH DISTRICT
San Joaquin Local Health District
Environmental Health Division
Solid Waste Enforcement Program
Post Office Box 2009
Stockton, CA 95201
PROPOSED SOLID WASTE FACILITY PERMIT FOR COMMERCIAL SALVAGE
The Planning staff would like to make the following comments
regarding this application:
1 . On page 2, I .E. , residential zoning and development also
exist less than 300 feet from the site .
2. This use has been a constant source of debris and tracking
of mud on public streets due to lack of fencing and paving.
On page 3, D. 2 . , these problems are addressed. However,
we feel the time allowed to correct these matters should
be no later than July 1, 1978 . In addition, adequate
storm drainage should be provided to preclude storm water
to flow into the public right of way.
This is the second referral to our division pertaining to a
solid waste facilities permit. It would be helpful if a map
could be attached indicating the boundaries covered by the
permit.
S.
