On page 2, I .E. , residential zoning and development also <br /> exist less than 300 feet from the site . <br /> 2. This use has been a constant source of debris and tracking <br /> of mud on public streets due to lack of fencing and paving. <br /> On page 3, D. 2 . , these problems are addressed. However, <br /> we feel the time allowed to correct these matters should <br /> be no later than July 1, 1978 . In addition, adequate <br /> storm drainage should be provided to preclude storm water <br /> to flow into the public right of way. <br /> This is the second referral to our division pertaining to a <br /> solid waste facilities permit. It would be helpful if a map <br /> could be attached indicating the boundaries covered by the <br /> permit. <br /> S.
