While the emissions calculated for the proposed project includes
both non-transportation (i.e., units that remain at the site) and transportation sources
(i.e., employee, customer, and transport vehicles), the total estimated emissions of
CO2e from the proposed project are below the significance thresholds proposed by
GARB. Therefore, the operations from the proposed project will have a less-than-
significant impact on GHG.
Level of Significance: Less than significant
Mitigation Measures: None required
Potentially Less Than Less Than No
18, MANDATORY FINDINGS OF SIGNIFICANCE
Significant Significant With Significant Impact
Impact Mitigation Impact
Incorporation
a. These
impacts would be reduced to less than significant with proposed mitigation measures.
The cumulative impacts of development within the City of Stockton, including infill
projects, have been addressed in the Stockton General Plan EIR, which identified
several potentially significant cumulative effects, including impacts on biological
resources, cultural resources, traffic, air quality, utility and service systems and other.
The proposed project would involve a small contribution to some of these identified
impacts. However, with mitigation, none of these impacts would be considered
cumulatively considerable, either in combination with other impacts associated with the
121339/ST011 R226 3-69 October 14, 2011
Copyright 2011 Kleinfelder
