Garavano <br /> Project Description/Location: Use Permit to expand an existing recycling facility located at 401 <br /> South Lincoln Street. <br /> Date Review Period Ends: July 18, 1996 at 5 p.m. <br /> Finding/Determination: The City of Stockton Community Development Department, Planning <br /> Division, has reviewed and considered the proposed project and has prepared and/or <br /> independently reviewed and analyzed, a Proposed Negative Declaration and related Initial Study. <br /> Based on project modifications, mitigation measures, and related substantial supporting evidence <br /> presented in the Initial Study, it has been determined that the project will not have a significant <br /> effect on the environment. Therefore, approval of a Negative Declaration is recommended for <br /> this project. A Mitigation Agreement is attached, if applicable <br /> Public Review: A copy of this document and the related Initial Study may be reviewed/obtained <br /> at the above-noted Lead Agency address. Any written comments on these documents must be <br /> received at that same address by the end of the review period. A public meeting to accept oral <br /> comments only regarding the proposed Negative Declaration will be held by the Community <br /> Development Director or Planning Commission following the review period.
