Hazelton Avenue <br /> Stockton, CA 95201 <br /> RE: Lovelace Transfer Station, Facility No. 39-AA-0008 <br /> Facility Inspection Report <br /> Dear Mrs Horton: <br /> California Integrated Waste Management Board (Board) staff <br /> conducted an inspection of the Lovelace Transfer Station on April <br /> 24, 1990, pursuant to Division 30, Public Resources Code (PRC) , <br /> Sections 43303, 43304 and 44105. A copy of the state inspection <br /> report is enclosed. <br /> The facility was evaluated for compliance with applicable sections <br /> of PRC and Title 14, California Code of Regulations (CCR) , Chapter <br /> 3 (State Minimum Standards for Solid Waste Handling and Disposal) <br /> and Chapter 5 (Enforcement of Solid Wastes Standards and <br /> Administration of Solid Wastes Facilities Permits) . <br /> The following violations of CCR were documented during the <br /> inspection: <br /> 14 CCR 17483 - Station Security <br /> 14 CCR 17535 - Litter <br /> In addition, areas of concern were noted with the following <br /> sections of CCR: <br /> 14 CCR 17557 —Station Maintenance Program <br /> 14 CCR 17512 — Cleanup <br /> 14 CCR 17534 - Drainage Control <br /> Please consult with your local enforcement agency (LEA) and work <br /> with them to develop a compliance agreement which sets forth the <br /> actions you will take to achieve compliance with State Minimum <br /> Standards. The compliance agreement must contain an action plan <br /> for correcting each violation and area of concern. <br /> Each action plan must contain a description of the corrective work <br /> to be conducted, an implementation schedule and a specific date by <br /> which each violation or area of concern will be completely <br />
