FINDINGS: (continued) <br /> Desiqn and operation of this facility are as specified by the Report of Station <br /> Information dated September 26, 1977. There will be no significant changes in <br /> design or operation in the next five years. <br /> B. The following document conditions operation of this facility: <br /> 1 . Land Use Permit No. 2239 issued June 7, 1962 by the San Joaquin County Planning <br /> Department. <br /> C. This facility's design and operation are currently in compliance with State Minimum <br /> Standards as determined by a physical inspection on March 17, 1983. <br /> D. This Permit is consistent with the San Joaquin County Solid Taste Management Plan <br /> and with the State Minimum Standards for Solid baste Handling and Disposal . <br /> II. CONDITIONS: <br /> A. Requirements: <br /> 1 . This facility must comply with the State Minimum Standards for Solid Waste <br /> Handling _and Disposal . <br /> 2. This facility must comply with all federal , state and local requirements and <br /> enactments. <br /> 3. Additional information concerning the design and operation of this facility <br /> must be furnished upon request of the enforcement agency. <br /> B. Prohibitions: <br /> The following actions are prohibited at the facility: <br /> 1 . Disposal of hazardous and infectious wastes. <br /> 2. Disposal of agricultural/cannery wastes. <br /> 3. Disposal of dead animals . <br /> 4. Scavenging. <br /> 5. Open burning. <br /> C. Specifications: <br /> 1 . No significant change in design of operation from that described in Item A of <br /> the "Findings" is allowed, except for those changes which are required under <br /> the "Conditions" portion of this permit. <br /> 2. The transfer station shall be operated and maintained so as not to create a <br /> public nuisance. <br />
