The agreement applies to a Waste Board <br />inspection dated April 29, 1990. <br />Both original agreements have been executed by the County Public <br />Works Department and need to be signed by Public Health Services. <br />Please have both copies executed by Public Health Services; you are <br />to keep one copy and return the other to the Public Works Solid <br />Waste Division.
