Hazelton Avenue PERMITISERVICES
Stockton, CA 95201
RE: Compliance Agreement for Lovelace Transfer Station
Facility No. 39-AA-0008
Dear Mr. Horton:
On April 24, 1990, California Integrated Waste Management Board
(Board) staff conducted an inspection of the Lovelace Transfer
Station for compliance with Public Resources Code (PRC) , Division
30 and Title 14 of the California Code of Regulations (CCR) ,
Chapters 3 and 5. In the subsequent state inspection report of
May 2, 1990, we requested a compliance agreement addressing the
violations and areas of concern identified during the inspection
and documented in the report. In response, a compliance agreement
dated July 12, 1990 which was concurred by your Local Enforcement
Agency (LEA) , was submitted to this office for review.
The compliance agreement was reviewed by Board staff and found to
be acceptable. However, the response to 14 CCR 17483 - Station
Security was not adequate. No mention was made as to what action
will be taken in the event illegal dumping occurs on the north side
of the facility (as observed during the inspection) .
If you have any questions, please call me at (916) 322-1389, or
Leandro Ramos at (916) 322-2662.
Sincerely,
S/ack W.
