The station is consistent with standards adopted by <br />the California Integrated Waste Management Board. <br />4. The design and operation of the facility is in compliance <br />with state minimum standards for solid waste handling and <br />disposal as determined by the Local Enforcement Agency on <br />January 10,'1990. <br />Conditions: REQUIREMENTS <br />1. The facility must comply with state minimum standards for <br />solid waste handling and disposal. <br />2. This facility must comply with all federal, state, and <br />local requirements and enactments. <br />3.
