2. Quantities and types of materials recycled and/or <br />salvaged shall be reported to the Local Enforcement <br />Agency on a quarterly basis. <br />3. A log of special occurrences, i.e., fires, explosions, <br />accidents, hazardous wastes, etc., shall be maintained <br />and reported to the Local Enforcement Agency on an annual <br />basis. <br />4. Results of the hazardous waste screening program shall be <br />reported to the Local Enforcement Agency on an annual <br />basis. <br />5. Any other information concerning the station must be <br />provided to the Local Enforcement Agency upon request. <br />5 <br />
