Valinoti : <br /> California Integrated Waste Management Board (Board) staff <br /> conducted a State Inspection of the Lovelace Large Volume Transfer <br /> Station on February 27, 1991, pursuant to Division 30, Public <br /> Resources Code (PRC) , Section 44105 . Enclosed is a copy of the <br /> State Inspection Report . <br /> The facility was evaluated for compliance with applicable sections <br /> of the PRC and Title 14, California Code of Regulations (CCR) , <br /> Chapter 3, Article 6 (Transfer/Processing Station Standards) and <br /> Chapter 5 (Enforcement of Solid Waste Standards and Administration <br /> of Solid Waste Facilities Permits) . <br /> No violations of the PRC or CCR were documented during the <br /> inspection. <br /> Three areas of concern were noted regarding facility compliance <br /> with State Minimum Standards: <br /> 14 CCR 17452 General Design Parameters <br /> 14 CCR 17534 Drainage Control <br /> 14 CCR 17538 Traffic Control <br /> Please work with the operator to address these concerns and to <br /> insure that the operator continues to comply with all applicable <br /> State laws and regulations. <br /> Printed on Recycled Paper <br />
