Continued <br /> to allow staff to work with applicant on problems. <br /> 4/24/75 Forward, Inc. filed Use Permit No. U-76-80 for a <br /> 121x40' mobile office in conjunction with existing <br /> refuse transfer station. <br /> 6/12/75 Board of Zoning Adjustment granted Use Permit and <br /> modified UP 2239 subject to standard conditions and: <br /> 5) Mobile office is approved for two (2) years only. <br /> 6) The walls of the existing structure are to be <br /> repaired within a period of time or be removed. <br /> 7) Hours of operation to be from 6:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. <br /> and open to the public from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. ; <br /> if there is an emergency, operation bours' may be <br /> extended. <br /> 8) If the structure is not repaired or replaced, the <br /> matter is to be reviewed again by the Board of <br /> Zoning Adjustment. <br /> 10/31/75 Enforcement letter sent Forward, Inc. concerning <br /> expansion of facility - storage of equipment to rear <br /> of station on adjoining parcel.
