Since the Notice was received on or before August 15, 1977, <br /> your facility will qualify to be tPgrandfathered". This means that if the <br /> following conditions are satisfied, the enforcement agency shall issue a solid <br /> waste facilities permit for your facility: <br /> 1. You must have been operating the facility prior to August 15, 1977. <br /> 2. The operation must have had local land use approval or other equivalent <br /> local approval dated prior to August 15, 1977. <br /> 3. The operation must conform to the State Minimum Standards for Solid <br /> Waste Handling and Disposal and all local ordinances, or be able to <br /> be brought into compliance with these laws within a reasonable period <br /> of time. <br /> 4. The State Solid Waste Management Board must concur with the proposed <br /> solid waste facilities permit. <br /> This letter is to inform you that your Notice of Operation has been rejected <br /> because it is incomplete. This action will' in no way jeopardize the ability of <br /> your facility to receive a "grandfather" permit.
