Hazelton Aven <br /> Stockton, CA 9520 <br /> Permit #39-AA-008 <br /> Dear Mr. Cypher <br /> An inspection on May 9 , 1978 and May 17 , 1978 of the above referenced <br /> facility revealed the following conditions , which are violations of the <br /> Solid Waste Facilities Permit and the California Administrative Code <br /> were evident : <br /> 1 . Excessive litter from the operation was scattered around <br /> the outside area of the yard, in the adjacent field, and <br /> in the almond orchard south of the station facility. <br /> 2 . Employees operating heavy equipment were not wearing required <br /> safety helmets . <br /> 3 . Old junk vehicles and equipment were stored on the rear <br /> property line. <br /> All of the above violations must be immediately corrected. A reinspection <br /> will be made on May 26 , 1978 to determine compliance . If you have any <br /> question regarding this matter, call this office . <br /> Very truly yours , <br /> JACK J .
