Hazelton Avenue <br /> Stockton, CA 95201 <br /> RE : LOVELACE TRANSFER STATION, PERMIT #39-AA-008 <br /> On May 17 , 1978 you were notified that several conditions existed <br /> that are violations of the Lovelace Transfer Station Solid Waste <br /> Facilities Permit. A reinspection on June 16 , 1978 revealed the <br /> following violations of permit #39-AA-008 : <br /> 1 . Excessive litter from the operation was scattered around <br /> the outside area of the yard, in the adjacent field east <br /> of the station, and in the almond orchard south of the <br /> station facility. <br /> 2 . Old junk vehicles and equipment were still stored on the <br /> rear prop-party line at the north end of the station yard. <br /> In addition to the above repeat violations , the following violations <br /> were also noted: I <br /> 1 . The existing litter fence on the west side of the transfer <br /> station is damaged. <br /> 2 . A letter indicating the location of all accurate records <br /> pertaining to the station was never received by the San 3 <br /> Joaquin Local Health District . } <br /> t <br /> All of the above violations must be immediately corrected.
