It is apparent that the operator and site employees <br /> take pride in station operations. Because station operations are conducted on a limited <br /> acreage which allows "no room for errors" with regard to personnel/public safety, I observed <br /> station employees to be constantly monitoring and directing traffic flow and tipping <br /> activities on both the public and commercial sides of the transfer station. <br /> Waste Management Special, <br />
