SOLID WASTE FACILITY PERMIT I <br />Facility/Permit Number:39-AA-008 <br />17. LEA <br />Conditions: <br />A. <br />This facility shall comply with all terms and conditions of this permit. <br />Be <br />This facility shall comply with all applicable State minimum standards for solid waste handling and disposal. <br />C. <br />This facility shall comply with all Federal, State, and Local requirements and enactments including all mitigation measures given in <br />any certified environmental document filed pursuant to Public Resources Code, Section 21031.6. <br />D. <br />Any additional information concerning the design and operation of this facility must be provided upon the request of the local <br />enforcement agency. <br />E. <br />Household hazardous waste shall be handled in a manner approved by the LEA. <br />F. <br />This permit is subject to review by LEA and may be suspended, revoked, or modified at any time for sufficient cause. <br />G. <br />This facility must conform to the Report of Station Information dated September of 1993 and amendment dated January of 1994. <br />H. <br />The LEA reserves the right to suspend or modify waste receiving operations when deemed necessary due to an emergency, an <br />actual or potential health hazard, or creation of a public nuisance. <br />I. <br />Any change that would cause the design or operation of this facility not to conform to the terms and conditions of the permit is <br />prohibited. Such a change may be considered a significant change requiring a permit revision. In no case shall the operator <br />implement any change without first submitting a written notice of the proposed change to the LEA at least 120 days in advance of <br />that change. <br />L <br />Safety equipment shall be provided for all employees and workers at the station. <br />K. <br />This facility must comply with the conditions of approval for the land use permit UP -93-2. <br />L. <br />The Waste Removal Plan for the Lovelace Transfer Station must be approved by the LEA and the CIWMB before excavation <br />begins. <br />
