r <br /> December 21, 1990. <br /> d. Lovelace Transfer Station Employee Work Rules. <br /> e. Letter from the California Regional Water Quality Board <br /> dated May 18, 1990. <br /> 3 . The following findings are required: <br /> a. The permit is consistent with the San Joaquin <br /> County General Plan. <br /> b. The permit is consistent with standards adopted by <br /> the California Integrated Waste Management Board. <br /> 4. The design and operation of the facility is in compliance <br /> with state minimum standards for solid waste handling and <br /> disposal as determined by the Local Enforcement Agency on <br /> October 25, 1990. <br /> 5. The facility shall be in compliance with flammable clearance <br /> provisions as required by the Manteca - Lathrop Fire District. <br /> CONDITIONS REQUIREMENTS <br /> 1. The facility must comply with state minimum standards for <br /> solid waste handling and disposal. <br /> 2 . This facility must comply with all federal, state, and <br /> local requirements and enactments. <br /> 3 . Any additional information concerning the design and <br /> operation of this facility must be provided as required <br /> by the Local Enforcement Agency. <br /> PROHIBITIONS <br /> a. Disposal of hazardous wastes <br /> b. Disposal of infectious wastes <br /> C. Disposal of cannery wastes <br /> d. Disposal of large dead animals <br /> e. Disposal of liquid wastes/slurries <br /> f. Disposal of septic tank pumpings and sewage sludge <br /> g. Scavenging <br /> h. Open burning <br /> SPECIFICATIONS <br /> 1. The San Joaquin County Public Health Services, <br /> Environmental Health Division, through this permit, may <br /> prohibit, or condition, the handling or disposal of solid <br /> waste to protect the public health and safety, <br /> 3 <br />
