The CIWMB's comments have been incorporated into <br />the revised waiver approval presented below. The approved waiver <br />applies only to those items listed below and shall be effective <br />for no more than 120 days from the date of the original approval. <br />LOVELACE MATERIALS RECOVERY FACILITY <br />AND TRANSFER STATION <br />Permit Conditions That May be Waived <br />1.
