Therefore, the permit renewal date is April of 1999. Enclosed is the application for the five <br />year permit review. There are no significant changes in operation, so the Report of Station <br />information approved during the original permitting process is still valid. In addition, the approved <br />Environmental Impact Report is still the environmental compliance document of record.
