Hazelton Ave
Stockton, Ca 95201
RE: Five Year Permit Application For Lovelace Materials Recovery
facility and Transfer Station Permit #39 -AA -0008
The Environmental Health Division has received the the
application for review. I spoke with you, on this date, in
regards the issues listed below. The first issue is that the
application needs to be submitted in duplicate. This is so that
one of the applications can be submitted to CIWMB. The second
issue was the indication that dead animals would be part of the
waste stream. The original permit prohibits the acceptance of
large dead animals. You indicated that the new submittals would
not indicate dead animals. I explained that the fee for review
would be $390.00 and would be handled on an "in-house stores"
invoice.
If there any question in regards to this issue please contact me
at ext.8-0332.
Karen Furst, M.D., M.P.H.
Health Officer
Robert McClellon Sr. R.E.H.S.
Environmental Health Division
A Division of San Joaquin Count: Health Care Services
