Hazelton Ave <br />Stockton, Ca 95201 <br />RE: Five Year Permit Application For Lovelace Materials Recovery <br />facility and Transfer Station Permit #39 -AA -0008 <br />The Environmental Health Division has received the the <br />application for review. I spoke with you, on this date, in <br />regards the issues listed below. The first issue is that the <br />application needs to be submitted in duplicate. This is so that <br />one of the applications can be submitted to CIWMB. The second <br />issue was the indication that dead animals would be part of the <br />waste stream. The original permit prohibits the acceptance of <br />large dead animals. You indicated that the new submittals would <br />not indicate dead animals.
