Hazelton Avenue <br />Stockton, CA 95201 <br />Re: Five Year Permit Review Application For Lovelace Materials Recovery Facility and <br />Transfer Station Permit 9 39 -AA -0008 <br />San Joaquin County Environmental Health Division has received a copy of the application for <br />Five Year Permit Review for the Lovelace Facility. California Code of Regulations (CCR), Title <br />14, Section 18201(a) & (f), require that the application be filed in duplicate, and the application <br />shall be accompanied by the filing fee prescribed by the enforcement agency. <br />San Joaquin County has set the fee for Five Year Permit Review at $390.00 (which covers the <br />first 5 hours) plus $78.00 per hour for any additional time, to be billed after the fact. <br />As required in CCR. Title 14, Section 18203 (b), "If the enforcement agency determines that the <br />application does not conform to the requirements of section 18201, it shall reject and shall not <br />file the application, and it shall, within five business days of the determination, so notify the <br />applicant, enumerating the grounds of rejection." <br />If you have any questions please contact Steven Mindt, Sr. RENS, at (209) 468-0343 of my staff. <br />Karen Furst, M.
