As required by <br />Assembly Bill 939, the County prepared a Source Reduction and Recycling Element and a <br />Nondisposal Facility Element, both of which were approved by the California Integrated Waste <br />Management Board. These elements serve as the governing solid waste management documents <br />for San Joaquin County. <br />This letter certifies that the Lovelace Materials Recovery Facility and Transfer Station is in <br />compliance with both elements.
