(. 4k <br />This requirement shall not apply to: <br />1. Facilities using fewer than 5000 waste tires for agricultural purposes and those <br />tires have been altered. <br />2. Facilities storing less than 500 waste tires. <br />3. Facilities storing waste tires indoors in accordance with "The Standard for <br />Storage of Rubber Tires", National Fire Protection Association, NFPA 231D- <br />1989 edition. <br />4.
