California Integrated Waste Management Board's clean <br />closure guidelines should be followed. Laying back of excavated refuse <br />constitues a "new" landfill and is prohibited. <br />3) The new septic system leach field area shall be large enough to account for a <br />100% replacement area and shall be barricaded to prevent vehicles from driving <br />or parking on it. The designated sewage disposal area shall not be paved. <br />4) Regarding Page 3-5 - Are tires considered for collection? <br />5) Figure 3-2 shows different site plans than Figures 3-3, 3-4, and 3-5. Please <br />correct this discrepancy. <br />6) Will there be barriers at the rear of the commercial and public disposal areas to <br />prevent the vehicles from backing over the edge onto the tipping floor? <br />7) How long will the yard waste be stockpiled before it is taken to a composting <br />facility? <br />8) How will special wastes such as sludge, ash, medical waste, tires, freon-based <br />A t)hision of SaiJnmloin Cnnnty Hrallh Care ticnires �� <br />
