C • The project proponent shall coiLstruct a new access drive between Lovelace Road and the Hayre Farms chicken brooding facility. Details of the access drive shall be included on-the Improvement Plan,shall be constructed to minimum Fire Code and County standards, and shall be installed prior to issuance of any building permits for the approved use. B. TRANSPORTATION AND CIRCULATION (1) POTENTIALLY SIGNIFICANT IMPACT: FRENCH CAMP ROAD-AIRPORT WAY INTERSECTION By the year 2010, the French Camp Road-Airport Way unsignalized intersection will operate at LOS V during the mid-day peak hour. This future LOS, which includes intersection turning movements, is considered to be marginally unacceptable.' Finding: Changes or alteratons have been required In, or incorporated into, the project which avoid or substantially lessen the significant environmental effect as identified in the Final EIR.
