* Flammables or explosives . <br /> * Free liquids and liquid residues in containers <br /> in which the containers are greater than five <br /> gallons in volume. <br /> * oil, batteries, or fuel wastes . <br /> * Pesticides or insecticides (properly neutralized <br /> and rinsed containers are allowed) . <br /> * Bag house or air scrubber wastes . <br /> * Asbestos wastes. <br /> * Tank cleaning sludges or sediments . <br /> * Contaminated soil or sand. <br /> If prohibited wastes are delivered to the Lovelace <br /> Road Transfer Station by haulers, such wastes shall <br /> be removed from the site when detected under the load <br /> checking program by the responsible party, within 48 <br /> hours from time of detection and disposed of by the <br /> responsible party as prescribed by state and federal <br /> laws. <br /> Haulers who remove hazardous materials from the <br /> Harney Lane Sanitary Landfill as requested under the <br /> load checking program shall deliver to the San <br /> Joaquin Local Health District proof (proper documents <br /> and/or manifest) within ten ( 10) days that subject <br /> materials were disposed of properly. <br /> -12- <br />
