The e-wastes include computer monitors,Tabletop TV's, Console TV's,Laptop
Computers, and LCD computer monitors. This change would include the addition of new
equipment including a temporary awning, a tool shed,and work tables at the existing a-waste
storage area at the south side of the transfer building.
Name of Public Agency Approving Project
San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department
Exempt Status: (check one)
Ministerial (Sec. 21080(b)(1); 15268);
Declared Emergency(Sec.21080(b)(3); 15269(a));
Emergency Project(Sec.21080(b)(4); 15269(b)(c));
X Categorical Exemption 15301,Class 1 (a);
Statutory Exemptions.
